Quick scroll to top

I've seen that on other devices (e.g. Samsung) you can double-tap to quickly scroll to the top.

I want to do this on my Nexus 4 in Chrome and Facebook etc.

Any ideas?

Opera mobile has (had?) this feature. I'm on an older version and use it all the time but they completely remade their browser so no idea if it still has it. I've never heard of a generic app that adds that functionality to others apps, I doubt that's even possible.
