Quick window case scratching screens?

Has anyone had any resolution with getting their screens fixed from the window scratch? I talked to LG, and they said they would fix it, but that I would have to pay for shipping and it would take 3+ weeks.

I need my phone for my job, so 3 weeks without it is out of the question.

Don't use that case ...best off going with tpu like diztronic. Put phone in jeans pocket all the time no screen protector dropped phone once and not one scratch.

Still no issues using this case. Not a single scratch. Some of you just must have some bad luck.

I just started using this case for the last couple of weeks. I do notice that it scratched up my screen protector pretty good.

I have had the Quickview since I have had my phone (about a month after release? ). I have no scratches. I have seen a ring of dust outline on the screen. Also use the basic screen protector.

I have the scratches on my screen. I contacted LG UK online and they suggested that it is the dust in my pocket getting caught in the bevel causing the damage and as such would be a chargeable repair. However in this case they will repair the screen at no charge . Amazing how dust can scratch a screen that is supposed to be scratch resistant in a perfect rectangle. After wards I will use a different case or use a screen protector with the quick cover.

Still zero issues. Phone stays in my pocket 50%+ of the time or on my desk/dresser. I get a rectangle shaped dust haze when I open the phone, but one swipe of a microfiber cloth and the phone is back to looking pristine.

So I take it all you folks with the issue have buffed/cleaned the phone with a micro cloth and there are still distinct scratches? Seems very odd that this is an issue.

Have been using the Quick Window case for a couple of months now, with no scratching on screen protector. Carry my phone in jeans. Love this case!

I love the case but I would recommend using it with a screen protector . The scratches I have experienced have only been to my protector and not actual display. At this point, I wouldn't, personally, take the risk.

I had my quick circle case on for 1 week and it has scratched my screen in the shape of a semi circle, I have contacted Lg and am waiting for a response

I just returned my quick window case to verizon because it was causing micro scratches where the metal ring on the interior of the case was contacting the screen. I loved the case mainly for the ease of waking up the device. Just wanted to see if anyone else had noticed this.

Same for me except i wouldn't called them micro scratches! After my first two weeks of having my lg g2 phone (wich indeed is a very good phone) i could allready see the scratches. On my phone it's only at the top end of the window but they are clearly visable. I bought a screenprotector in hope that the problem would be resolved but it didn't. Now one month has past since i bought that screenprotector and i'm allready thinking of buying a new one. LG cannot deny that the case is causing these scratches. I hope they'll give all of us a new phone because they will be worth less as LG isn't able to make a case that protects the phone as it should do.
