Quintic ble device unable to pair with my phone currently running android 7

I got a quintic ble device and I tried to connect to my phone. Though my phone is supposed to be compatible with ble devices, it refused to connect. One time it said incorrect password where I didn't input one and there is no tab or bar to input one. Please what should I do.
