I know this has been asked before but I cannot get any of the solutions to work for me. I do not have the title My Device anywhere on my phone so any solutions that say that can't be used. The mic button also does not work. When I hold it a message comes up from google that says try saying something. I am about to throw this S8 out the window and go back to my LG6. I cannot begin to tell you how frustrating this is.
Please someone, help me find a way to get the standard qwerty keyboard back.

Welcome to Android Central! Galaxy S8, or Galaxy Note 4? You posted in the Note 4 forum, but it sounds like you have a Galaxy S8 phone. I can move the thread to the correct forum, if necessary.

Can you get to the keyboard settings as described here? https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-34249. If so, is there a keyboard available to select?

EDIT: I saw your post in another thread, where you describe the keyboard looking like the classic T9 keyboard. See if this helps to get back to the QWERTY: https://www.solvemix.com/index.php/...galaxy-s8-how-do-i-use-the-t9-keyboard-solved
