Should I clarify that I'm using the R2D2 droid 2 when I post here? Is there actually any difference besides some of the skins and the bloatware?

I don't think there's any difference other than the tones, wallpapers, boot-up, etc. Oh and of course the body. But you should specify anyway just to show off! ;)

Haha, maybe that was actually just the point of this post!:p

just to clarify so nobody is mistaken and it may get everyone on the same page.
D2 (A955) runs at 1Ghz
R2D2 (A955) runs at 1Ghz the only difference between this and the D2 is aesthetics like wallpapers, ringtones, chassis, and boot animation.
D2G (A956) runs at 1.2 Ghz

Awesome, thanks. So the real question is, why would you buy the D2 over the DR2D2? :p

Im pretty devoted to android, but i have never even watched an episode of Star Wars for more than five minutes. They just don't keep me awake. ZZZZZZ...ZZZZZZZ. I don't know why, its like a sleep drug to me. so the last thing i want it to be on the phone and ZZZ...ZZZ...
