Radio App Fail

Have the AT&T Cameox... Android 7.0 Bought it specifically for the built in FM radio circuitry. Worked flawlessly for a week... then it would not launch. Phone has never been dropped or damaged. Pressing the app icon yields: Radio has stopped with the options of: 1. Open app again and 2. Send Feedback.

Have clicked send feedback several times... Who does this message go to? Hoping for an informed opinion on how to proceed.

Go to the App Manager and find the Radio app, then clean cache/data. See if that helps!
