Radio OFF? Factory Restore help

Hello, I rooted my phone a while back and it was working fine, until yesterday. I now don't have service, internet, or anything else because the "Radio was turned off." Idk, how to turn it back on and I just want to factory restore my phone. This rooting thing just isn't for me. Any help would be awesome!!

What do you mean by the "radio was turned off"? And this happened without you doing anything? Since you didn't say, I assume you're running the stock ROM. If you used Ace Hack Kit to root it, there are steps in the kit to unroot and return to stock.

I just pulled my phone out to check my texts, and it said I had no signal.. so I went and looked and it said "No signal because Radio is Off."

Yeah, I just rooted it and haven't done anything else to it. I think it was the Ace Hack Kit, is that the one that says "Read the effen manual" 1000x's?

I assume you have already checked Settings>Wireless & networks>Mobile networks to make sure the box is checked.

Yes, that is Ace hack kit that has the effen manual. If you haven't done aything but root, follow the instructions to unroot and return to stock. If that doesn't fix the problem, you may have a defect. Once unrooted, you can return it and they won't know you were rooted.

You looked where that it told you the radio is off? If you want to check to see if the radio is really off, type *#*#info#*#* in the dialer and go into the phone info menu.

Yeah, I checked that.. I dont have the kit on my computer anymore, and the version I used is no longer online. Can I used the newer version?

You can and should use the newest release of the hack kit that's available. It will still do what it needs to do regardless of the release you originally used.

In the manual there's an option to "Return to S-ON and Flash Stock RUU" I take it that's what I want? The thing is I'm not sure what option to pick after that menu, the options are "Flash Gingerbread Update," "Flash Froyo Update," "Flash Froyo Shipping."

Yes, return to S-ON and flash stock RUU. Then it's up to you what you want to flash; shipping is the original build, Froyo update has the HSUPA upgrade, and Gingerbread update is that mess they sent out a couple months ago.
