Hmm..
Someone on XDA posted that all orders will be validated and shipped today. Not sure if it was an official RS post though.
Currently the facebook thread got pulled and the status checker is down. So not sure what's up.

after a long drawn put chat session yesterday (which I saved for entertainment value) with someone in a 3rd world country, it became evident that they didn't know what was going on and had no answers. Like others I had all green checks except for shipped until yesterday morning when it went back to waiting for carrier approval. While in the chat session, everything went back to checked with an estimated ship date of 5/7. Knowing how that changed everyday since I placed the pre-order, I decided the 49.00 savings wasn't worth that much of a screw-up and rather than wait until they got it worked out I canceled, walked into an ATT store down from the office and was out with a gray one in less than 30 minutes with a port of my number from Sprint on top if it. Wish I'd gone ahead and went with Amazon.

The just announced on one of the FB threads that all shipments will go out today...Let's see how true that is.
Actually, you just have to click the link to show older posts. It was bumped down because of some new threads.
According to the reps there, all pre-orders experiencing the issues we've been having will ship out today. Not too bad, really--just one day late.
My status page has updated to 3 green check marks, looks like they're making progress. I also got an email from AT&T about my account update, so it looks like Radio Shack shipping updates are for real this time.
As frustrating as the situation has been, I still really can't complain too much for getting the phone for $50.

I doubt mine is going out today. Both Estimated Ship and Estimated Delivery are TBD, and I still only have one green check mark. I don't really mind waiting, but I do mind being lied to. If I get a phone tomorrow, I'll be happy, but I have my doubts.
Those of you who show that your phones are shipping, did you get White or Gray? I was told by a chat rep that the problem now was with the gray phones. Makes no sense, but I'm curious.

I think someone stated earlier that their gray one is marked as shipping. However, mine is gray and I am also back to "TBD" status. Still hoping that it shipped today... EDIT: I feel like "TBD" is a better status than "shipping 5/9," as we at least have a ray of hope.

Annnnnnd I just saw my status changed from shipping today to TBD. Mine is gray, as well. I'm with you, voipben, TBD is somehow better. At least I'm not expecting a potential package tomorrow.

Same thing happened to me. Radioshack assured me my pre-order One X would ship yesterday...it didn't. Customer service said they had internal pricing issues and couldn't ship until resolved (told me prices from $49 - $199). They hoped to have it resolved by end of day Wednesday. Very bootleg!

My biggest frustration is their lack of email information. When you place your order, they're pretty clear that they want us to stay informed of our purchase... that they'll email us at least once every 3-4 days until our phone ships... deadline's passed bud.
That's a really good attitude, Lenient P. It must have been really fun to see it change after being in "shipping" mode.
I wonder how many others had that sweet experience.

RadioShack As many of you noticed, our partner had a site outage roughly 30 minutes after our Social Media update that impacted their website and internal systems. All orders not processed yesterday will get shipped out within the next 24 hours. Please rest assured that we're working to get these orders shipped as soon as possible. Thanks again for your patience.
Dave 24 hours! So not necessarily today? Someone at Radio Shack needs to take a class in setting expectations.

And.. after a refresh mine is now showing shipping today. Yea, definitely the last time I order anything from them.
Did my lunchtime status check... Shipping today, Radio Shack? Really? I've dated girls who were less of a tease. Stop talking dirty and show me the goods!
