Radios, Flashing, and Bootloader Question

Ok, I have a two part question -

1. I recently went to the new 4.0.4 radios, but since then I haven't switched ROMs. When I do a complete wipe to flash to a new ROM, will the new radios still be there after booting or do they get wiped with everything else?

2. When I flashed the new radios, I flashed them as a package that came with the new bootloaders as that was what was recommended. I've noticed, though, that the new radios seem to cut in and out for me more than the 4.0.2 radios did. My question is can I switch back to the 4.0.2 radios without issue even though I'm on the new bootloader (4.0.4)

The ROMs I've seen didn't include radio files, so they wouldn't overwrite your existing ones.

My GN game with 4.0.2, I flashed 4.0.3 and then 4.0.4, I'm currently back on 4.0.3. Like you, 4.0.4 cut out more often and I was dropping calls. I found 4.0.3 to have better d/l speeds (I tether frequently) for my PC than 4.0.2 and to be more stable than 4.0.4

Can answer as to compatibility with the 4.0.4 bootloader, I flashed the radio-only files.

The bootloader and radio are completely independent. You should be able to flash 4.0.2 radios without problems. I know I was running the 4.0.2 bootloader that came on the phone for the longest time with the 4.0.3 leaked radios
