The radioishack in my area doesn't do one year upgrades and the ad says if you trade in a Evo or evo shift you get $100 towards a new evo 3d but how is that possible since both those phones are less then a year old? I also want to know how I can get this phone the cheapest way buying it without contract and the cheapest way for a one year upgrade. Thanks!

I guess in your case it would apply to buying a EVO 3D off contract.

I recommend if your eligible for a 1 yr upgrade, going to a radio shack that does 1 yr upgrades getting the EVO 3D, then go back and sell your EVO on Craigslist, I'm sure you'll get more than 100 for it.
