RAM issues

Hi all,
Just had a question about the RAM on my note 10.1. I've been using it like I have been everyday but lately the RAM has been up at 700 MB instead of the usual 500 (after killing apps and clearing RAM with default task manager. Can anybody help? It's slowing down my tablet by a bit.

You must have installed some app that requires to run at background or cached at background . check cached app . its located settings apps runnings at the left top you will see cached processes

Thanks. I looked but it's nothing out of the ordinary or any app I downloaded. Could it be something else?

700mb is ok nothing 2 worry about as stated it normally app that work in the background.
