Ram management performance?

I heard some complaints about the ram management on the z play and x pure. Can anyone confirm the ram performance on this device?

RAM is managed by Android, not by the particular phone. With 3GB of RAM you should have very little problem.

For the Moto z play I found the ram manager hidden away in the developer option.
