Ram usage

Hi,I am running Comm Rom 2.1 with no additional themes and the otb 1.5 kernel.I recently noticed that the ram usage on my phone is usually around 300mb out of the available 348mb. Even when I clear both levels of memory the lowest the ram usage will go down to is 230mb. Is this normal?
Any suggestions?

mine runs around 250. its normal. its all good.
