Ran out of app space, come on Moto, HTC.

I have about 90 apps and about 6 widgets. Biggest app is HomeRunBattle 3D.

Oh i just got a text message memory full message too.

I've got Google Earth AND Homerun Battle 3D installed along with about 30 other apps, haven't run out of space yet. (knock on wood).

90 apps is kinda crazy... I really don't think you can complain about app space when you have like every app in the market installed on your phone.

It would be a simple fix, to install the executable file to the internal memory (taking up merely kb) and install the rest to the SD card. And since many applications already out there can access files off of the SD card, I don't see why developers can't already do that with large games. In fact, I'm surprised they haven't yet.

The recently released "Raging Thunder 2" by Polarbit does this. The first time you launch the (relatively) small app it downloads about 22MB of data to the sdcard. This is the main data file for the game. The part on the phone is 2 or 3MB.

awesome glad to hear it, it means they won't have to skimp out on ports, I'd say that would been a major argument from the iPhone crowd. Though I do wish they could get it less than MB..

I have 80+ apps and 22+ widgets. and i dont have any lag on my droid (rooted with SG 6.0.1 and overclocked). so i think you're just overdoing it on the big apps, Google earth, games,...
