Random capitalization

So my phone keeps auto correct capitalizing certain words and it's not in my personal dictionary. Anyone know how to stop this

Yep, I am getting the same problem. When typing 'am' I get 'AM'. When typing 'are' I get 'ARE'. These are pretty common words and the automated capitalization of them is causing me fury. You have to type the word and then click on the lower case version or it auto capitalizes them. Someone please find an answer!
