Random contacts not receiving picture messages

[Android Central Question]

I have that I know of so far 4 people....all dif carriers, Operating systems, etc that aren't getting my pictures in text. Now that android sends the text part and picture in 2 separate texts, they get the text part but not the pic. Anyone know what's going on??? I have a note 8, and it just started about a week ago. I've tried using hangouts instead of messages and they still don't get the pic. Its Def got to be an issue on my end and it's very inconvenient
