Random lock up

ok my fascinate is rooted but its is stock.. the phone runs great but if iam not using it and lock the screen the damn thing wont come back on... ill have to pop the back and the battery and power back on its really frustrating and annoying iam kinda thinking its a memory leak... mayb facebook but on the factory task killer the memory is like RAM - 280/325 and ill exit and use atk and then go back and the ram is 180/325 and just inabout 5 mins the ram is back upto 280 or above and ill get done usin my phone and lock it and when i need to use it again ill press the power button and nothing have to pull the battery ..
Any Help would b GREAT!

if you wnt through the effort to root, you may aswell flash superclean 2.9.2. forget about the ammount of available memory. not important. froyo man!!!
 
i found out it was the update for opra mini uninstalled and its fixed. i wanna flash superclean but iam not at my comp lol stuck at work for another 2 weeks, but when i get back iam gonna do that asap

Just to make sure you're familiar with how useless ATK is now, 2.2 will reboot any app that is closed by another app including ATK. What you're doing is force closing an app that's just gonna pop back up, and with increased chances of a glitch every time it does, because it was force closed. That's why your ram keeps filling back up. Android manages available memory just fine, so let it do what it's made to do.
