random reboot when using the phone

As the title says, when I'm on the phone there are plenty of times where my phone shutdown and reboot. Verizon galaxy s5. Anybody have the same experience or know what's causing it?

I did when it came down as the OTA update.

Did you do a factory reset after the update? The update seems to have really done a number on a ton of devices. I usually do a factory reset after any update to avoid any issues in the future.
