Hey guys I really need help with this problem. Basically starting today my phone has been rebooting randomly. When I press the power button my screen doesn't turn on and the next thing I know my phone is rebooting. And I didn't even turn my phone of it was just asleep. Idk what's wrong if some can help me it would be appreciated. I'm running stock android 4.4.

Thanks.

Its not the ram because I only use one app at a time.

Thanks.

Not sure why this happens, but I've had the issue since I bought my phone in May. 4.4 update probably not the issue. I'm unlocked and rooted too, so I always wondered if rooting caused it for me. Guess not...

It just rebooted again when I was scanning with avg. My phone is not even rooted. Its running stock android 4.4. I got it in October 12 2013. So not so long ago. It just started happening today.

I would think about getting rid of as many unnecessary 3rd party apps as possible - starting with AVG. I noticed decreased reboots when I got rid of a couple apps I had previously. I had numerous problems before I uninstalled Lookout.

I need avg since im downloading stuff from the internet all the time, avg is not the problem since its one of the first apps I got and I didn't have this problem. It might be snapdragon battery guru But it helps save battery. I haven't downloaded any apps today PR yesterday. This problem just started today . at 3:50pm is when I think my phone did its first random reboot.

I had the same thing a couple times. I'll be honest since getting krt16s things are seriously mess up. The dialer app is a mess. The lock screen will freeze and cause a reboot.

It may be one of your apps causing it. Try running your phone in safe mode. Hold you power button until the menu pops up, press and hold the power off selection. It should ask if you want to go into safe mode. Try that and see if you get any reboots while in safe mode.
