Random reboots

Mine only seems to reboot if i put it on my car charger... it's never rebooted when NOT connected to the charger and then it only does it when the phone seems to be at a 100% charge.

Same situation here. I wouldn't have noticed if my Bluetooth didn't say disconnected, then connected again.

Yup, same thing i get... i bet if you don't plug it in and go to work/home it doesn't reboot... strange, maybe something stops it from overcharging but it doesn't happen when i put it on the normal charge at home before going to bed?

No random reboots since I sent a bunch of txts message at once. Not sure if thats what caused it. So far so good though. Still love the phone.

for the members using car chargers, what type do you have? mine is a motorola rapid charger. Does htc make a car charger and if do, is anyone having an issue with it?

I had mine reboot once on me about a week ago, but hasn't done it since. Not sure why it did?? Anyway, one and only time and not a big deal.

My phone rebooted for the 2nd time. Was just sitting on my desk and I saw the HTC logo come up, wasn't even on the phone when it rebooted. I don't have bluetooth or wifi enabled. Could it be a program that is causing it?

Mine was just be Verizon car charger they sell. And out of all the reboots, 4 out of 5 were while attached to it. And even 2 shutdowns were while the phone was on here charger but fully charged

I seen one reboot and I use the VZW car charger shoot I was playing music and navigating using my phone while attached to the charger and didn't have any hiccups shoot my phone actually charged while on the ride

i just had one. on AC wall charger. it reboot when it got to 100% charge.

Do you guys have powersaver enabled?

why would that be an issue though? power savcer comes into play when batt life goes under 15% or whatever level you set.

Mine seems to reboot right after I send a text message. That's the only consistent thing I've noticed.

Same issue here. After a full charge off of the wall charger provided by VZW, the phone appears to turn itself off.

i just had another one today. i checked an email while my phone was charging. set it down and then it just restarted. and this time it wasn't fully charged, just in the process of charging. these random reboots are a bit worrisome.

Ok so I spoke with a Verizon manager today. He thinks it's a faulty battery, so he gave me a new battery. So far no reboots, I'll update tomorrow

mine has done it once before, actually it happened when i removed it from the car charger. hoping this wont be a problem

Did you go to the store or call the online support? I also find that the verizon online is much better then the store guys..
