random SD card notification

Anyone one else getting a random SD card notification ?
Happened a few times now that I get a notification icon and it is the SD card rather than a message, tried reformatting the card in the phone but still pops up once or twice a day

Nope, not even once.

Sounds like your SD card is going. Meaning I think it's failing.

Back it up now while you can before it takes a dump on you.

I hope not, it's a 64gb Samsung card which haven't seen much use

It's a samsung issue, see the threads about the S8+ doing this with brand new SD cards. After 1st one and replacment doing this to me, along with the random restarts I returned for refund. As far as I can tell it hasn't been fixed.

At least it's a minor annoyance, hopefully fixed in a future update

Must be a glitch somewhere in the software optimisation side og things, not to worried yet, dont forget these things are the latest of the best etc...so we will have some beta user type issues
