Random Shut Off and Unresponsive Power Button

Hey everyone,

So if I leave my Nook Color on for long periods of time it will randomly shut off. Once it shuts off, pressing the power button does not turn it back on either.

I instead have to hold the power button for about 15 seconds

Then wait and turn it on, which at this point it boots into regular Nook mode

Then I have to turn it off, and boot it back into Android mode


I am running 0.6.7 Nookie Froyo on a Memorex MicroSD Class 6 that is 4GB

idk. maybye try. rooting w/diff. brand sd card. you may have to return your nook color to stock software (see nookdevs.com).then go to "erase and deregister device" and root again w/diff brand micro sd card( class 6 or higher).
