Random shutdown

I have the zenfone 2 for 5 days now. But only yesterday, i found my 3g/4g was not working and called ultra mobile - Tmobile MVNO and setup the APN for celllular 4G/3G connection.

I observed my phone did a randon shutdown and restart 2 times, once last night and second time this afternoon.

What should I do to prevent this from happening again?

Anything wrong with my instrument?
 
Did you install the June 4 update? That fixed the loss of 4g and a crash for me.

Thanks. I had got 2 updates when i set it up on the 4th. Iam not sure if i got this update. How to check if I have all the updates?
 
If random shut down continues, please follow troubleshooting methods provided in the ZenUI app called ASUS Support. I have tried the suggest method and more but to no avail.
I have had no reply from the seller when I asked for hep...No big surprise!

Is there any other options to resolve this shutdown issue?

I feel ripped of by Asus and the supplier of the phone as it arrived with this problem and there is no service provided in my country!

Getting Pi**ed off!
