My new One S has gone silent. I can still speak to people and hear but all notification sounds have stopped. I do not hear any calls or messages and the sounds from using the keys has gone. The phone is not on silent. If I try and change the ringtones I also hear nothing. The volume and media sounds are at maximum. Can anyone help please?
