Ai,I feel you lol. Did you have school today.? We had off and I was up till 12 playing RE6 and so I woke up at 12. Got me a good 12hrs of sleep. :D

Say,what kind of beds do you guys have.? :O Expensive or non expensive.? Mine wasn't too expensive cause I'm sleeping onna 300 futon. Yet its the most comfortable thing I've ever slept on. :D When I bought this thing I had a regular spring mattress which I always had back pains when I woke up,now I sleep like a king. :) lol. I added a 200 softener over it and its the best darn sleep I've been getting ever since. :D How's the weather like in your guys's part of the world.? Here in US, NC its 43degrees F. No snow tho.. :confused: I love cold weather even tho I'm originally from Florida. :)

It's a song by the decemberists. My only problem with the Fenians is that they have tendency to be serious terrorists. They almost blew up my Scottish pal when he was a kid. They detonated an IED in a civilian neighborhood and blew up like 6 borroughs. They also used to sit around and snipe innocent British tourists and workers, as well as several Americans they thought looked British. Intentionally killing citizens to incite fear is terrorism in it's purest form.

81 degrees here in SoCal, heading to the beach. I cannot tolerate the cold, I need to be near water and sun!

My buddy picked up a black S3 yesterday. One of the sexiest phones I've seen, but the screen just ain't up to par to my HOX IMO :p

I'm not sure which version you have.. I know the international version of this phone has TONS of custom rom choices.. almost too many, its very overwhelming... but for Verizon which I have, the two popular ROMs are CleanROM and probably JellyWiz or CM10... CleanROM is basically the same as stock but its deodexed. Im also using the Kind of Crap mods and Imoysens lean kernel.

There isnt necessarily a "safe" ROM... they' re all pretty much safe as long as you have a nandroid backup of your stock ROM just in case you screw something up... But there are stable and non stable. Anything thats labeled as beta or alpha is still going through its testing phase and will most likely have some bugs. As for a centralized place to go for info... we have root guides and ROM guides/threads/info located right here in the forums but you'll find the developers hanging out on XDA or Rootzwiki. If you can't find the info.. just ask or start a new thread asking for help and there will be plenty of members willing to help you out.. One thing Android Central strives on is friendly kind members willing to help.. unlike the other Android forums out there that tell you to go search for an answer or make fun of someone not as knowledgeable.

Now, if I can only find a Rooting Dictionary of some sort . . .where I can look-up the definitions & meanings of: 'deodexed'; 'Kind of Crap'; 'Imoysens' and 'nandroid.' lol ;) But you know what? . . Two related questions (for Cyber Warrior, or anyone else in the know) that come to my somewhat overwhelmed nooby mind now, are:
How is 'ClockWorkMod' different than 'CynogenMod 10'? And, is Skunkape60's "AT&T Galaxy S3 Rooting, ROMs, and Hacks" Sub-Forum?under the AT&T Galaxy S3 Forum?still considered the latest & greatest rooting & ROM flashing guide for the AT&T GS3, even though the threads' title still includes "(From The Sprint Forums)"?

Times like this made me wish I had microSD... Just calculated how much space it would take to put Gurren Lagann in its entirety on here, and I'd have like no space left :(

A Nandroid is a full system backup of the entire phone.. think of it as creating a system restore in Windows. If something goes wrong you can flash back to a previous working version.

CyanogenMod is the name of a ROM.

ClockworkMod is a custom recovery for flashing mods, themes, ROMs, Kernels, making Nandroid backups. The phone has a stock recovery.. but in order to do the above stuff you need a custom recovery which is what ClockworkMod Recovery is.

Deodexed and Odexed are the way ROMs are packaged up... I'm actually confused between the two myself so I won't be explaining that one lol.

Imoysen is the username of a developer therefore his Kernel is named after himself.

Im not sure about Skunkapes thread but just make a post over there asking... he's very helpful.

Your right,It's not,I loved the s3 but the one x's screen is a lot better in terms of brightness and sharpness. Though I did appreciate that extra .1 of an inch. Its not much of a difference but I noticed it. Still,personal prefernce and I'm sticking with my hox for now. :)
