Random vibrations?

Good morning everyone!
I have been noticing that my phone will randomly "vibrate". I put it in quotations because it's not a long vibrate but only a momentary "blip".

I have the "Nice Catch" app but it does not seem to be picking anything up.

Sometimes I will shake the phone and I can hear/feel the camera move around and then there will also be that vibration. It truly is random.

Has anyone had this before? Any idea where I can check what it might be coming from etc?

I have felt the same thing on my ATT Note U. I also downloaded Nice Catch but haven't figured out whats causing it. It is very random.

I have almost all notifications shut off as I find one I need I turn it on. This phone will notify for everything so probably one of your apps doing this. Recommend shutting them all off to see which one it is.

I have everything on Do Not Disturb so very few notifications will vibrate. And it's not coming from those notifications as it's random and not associated with a text message etc. Very weird

My AT&T Note 20 Ultra was doing it with the AT&T Messaging App, even though "Vibrate" was turned off, but of course, it came WITH the sound! I finally went into "Settings" > "Apps" > selected "Messages" then "Notifications" > "General Notifications" and found that "Vibrate" was "ON" in there!!! Damned sneaky... #@$%!

Very interesting! I have Verizon and do not use their messaging app. Additionally, I have do not disturb on which should filter out anything like that. Very weird

Does it only happen when you pick up the phone, just one short vibration?

It seems to happen when I pick up the phone, yes. I don't think I have ever felt it in my pocket or while it is sitting on a table etc.

You probably have Smart Alert on, just type in Smart Alert in the search function from the pull down menu

I've had this issue too. I just turned off smart alert, let's see if that fixes the issue!

So it's off and I haven't noticed as many... Implying that I still am feeling some haha. If I'm holding the phone and lift it closer to my face, it will do that single vibration blip. Almost as if something is loose in the phone and I'm jostling it around. Super odd
