Rapid Battery Drain

Hey guys I know there are probably a lot of posts on battery drain here but I just wanted to post my stats and see if someone here can find issue. I just signed up to ask about this.

I have had my note 3 for less than two weeks. The first 3 days I was getting excellent battery life but now it's dying so quickly. I unplugged my phone last night after charging to 100% just to see if it's really been my usage causing the drain. When I woke up I wad already in the 80s with no use at all.

Can anyone figure out what's going wrong? I bought this phones because of it's monster battery life and I'm sick of it dying so quickly already. I wanna be like some of you guys that are going all day without a charge. I'd appreciate any help!

1.8%/hour isn't all that bad. Doing rough math, at this rate (I understand this is all idle) you would go about 36 hours and drain 63ish%
My MotoX was used as a wifi only device for about 2 and a half days. At your rate, you would still walk all over my device.

I see. Perhaps my expectations were a bit too high then.

I would consider myself a casual user. I make a few calls, shoot a few texts and browse the web every now and then. But I rarely use this thing for long periods at a time.
