Rattle

I received my replacement today. It also has a rattle, but it is considerably less noticeable. I'm getting conflicting information as to whether this is normal or not. Is another exchange worth it?

If the replacement has the same issue, can I send it back and keep my original?

Yes you can. I did the exact same thing for a lens flare return.

If you notice, you can actually tap the phone and here some extra rattle. Now, open your camera app and tap again. Voila! The rattle is gone. It's definitely the lens element that you're hearing when the camera is not engaged. It's perfectly normal and I heard the exact same thing on my Nexus 6p.

I'm noticing flickering whenever I adjust the brightness. I guess this one's a dud too. I seem to only have this problem with the device is connected to the charger though. Is it the charger that's defective?

Also, testing without a case on both my replacement Pixel XL and my original (which I am sending back) reveals the volume rocker and power keys to have a loose feel to them and they do rattle, but I don't really hear the rattle there except when the phone is taken out of its case. Likewise, I'll test some more with various display devices to see if this is just down the phone is made or if I have a defective device.
