Razer USB-C Dongle Arrived

I wanted a backup for the included headphone dongle and had heard some good things about the Razer one so went ahead and ordered.
The construction is very nice, with a slightly longer braided cable and solid feel. Also, the black goes a lot better with my like colored p2xl.
With a limited testing, it definitely is louder and clearer at the same volume setting as the stock adapter..tho every once in awhile I hear a slight click. We'll see if that continues or gets worse in the days ahead.

If they include headphones I actually would prefer they have a 3.5 Jack so that I can use them with other devices.

That would not help USB type c headphones. When Apple removed the headphone jack they still included ear pods that had a lightning connection to them. Google should do the same. I don't want to have to use an included dongle and 3.5 mm headphones.

Included in the box headphones aren't usually that great. Anything decent will just add to the cost. I already have plenty of headphones.

So, Apple's earpods drive up the cost of the phone? I see people with those on all the time. I still would like USB C headphone included since there is no headphone jack. Especially since the only good pair I've seen cost over $120.

Nothing is free...just because people use them doesn't mean they are great.

I have the razer, definitely sounds better than the stock. In truth to my uneducated ears I struggled to tell it apart from the V30 quad dac.

I have the one from the Essential Phone. It was $15 from their site. Also sounds better than the one Google provides.

They are sending it to me for free so I'll save my money and put it towards the 3XL

Direct from Razer. It came, in my case at least, from Hong Kong.

It's been great so far, and it's reassuring to know I have the stock one for backup. The most disappointing thing about it is that I was expecting a Razer sticker to come in the box, but no such luck
