My account shows $249 for the upgrade for the Razr. Is this correct? Thought it was going to be $299. I'm debating on jumping on it now, but wanted to see what the Rezound had to offer first.

Where does it show that? Can you do a screenshot for us?

I usually get a $50 discount, but they couldn't do it on this pre-order for some reason =(

If you were due for an upgrade or transfered one that said eligible for a discount then you get $50. I had to call back and speak with a different rep to get the $50 taken off since the first one was wrong about it and wouldn't help me out.

Yeah...I just logged in to MyVerizon and it is showing $50 discount...$249 price.

I am going to send an email to my VZW telesales person with a screenshot and ask for them to honor that price.

Yeah, I got my email "receipt" and it shows $299. If someone can figure out how to get the extra $50 off, I'd be grateful for the insight.

I got my $50 off by using my "New Every 2" for the last time. Being the primary line, every two years you USED to be eligble for an extra 50 off the upgrade price...

Yeah I am eligible for a $30 upgrade, but it does turn into a $50 one with the RAZR, no out ordering it just had to check it for myself. I'm still waiting for the GN.

I'm basically looking at 3 phones (Razr, Nexus, Rezound) While it's tempting to just go ahead and pre-order the Razr, I'm forcing myself to be have patience, and put each phone in my hand first. I wish the Rezound had their announcement today rather then next Thursday though. So far both the Razr and Nexus have an equal Pro's / Con's list.

When I click on upgrade my device it shows the price as $249. When I then try to add to cart it jumps up to $299. Anyone have this problem? If so, were you able to pre-order for $249 somehow?

I think it's a system problem. Talk to a rep on the phone. If they say no, talk to a supervisor

I never understood how this works. It's $20 more to upgrade early. How early is one able to upgrade?

I don't get that as well. I thought if you wanted to "early upgrade", you'd have to pay the prorated price of the current phone on contract that you're on in order to "break" that contract and start a new one
