Razr finds the car and the code comes up on dash and I put in 6 digit pin and click done and it says cannot connect. Never had problem with Revolution connecting and wife has hers connected but Razr does not connect, any ideas?

I've had trouble off and on with my Ford Sync as well. I keep hoping the update from Ford will help. When my Sync unfriends itself, I shut the phone off, go into the Sync settings because sometimes, something is amiss or unchecked in that part of the menu. Make sure you've got discoverable and all that stuff on in your phone's bluetooth settings. I also came from a Revo, as well. I have two phones synced, and my Razr is the first on the list, then my husbands "dumb phone." Keep at it, you'll get it. I don't know about your Sync system, but mine is great when it works and totally maddening when it doesn't. You know about the fuse pull if you get really desperate, right?

HMBgal Thanks for the info, will try again and no I dont know about fuse pull?

I had to get it to put up he simple code. When the code comes up! You should be able to scroll down (well, that was the direction on my Fiesta) and have the option for a simple code.

Methinks you should know about this forum if you don't already: Ford Sync Forum - Ford Sync Forum
They have been helpful to me. As for the fuse pull: only in dire situations. I have a 2011 Edge and the fuse is hard to get to and the fuse-puller is teensy tinsy. It solved my particular problem, but it's sure better if you don't have to go there. Can you take the car back to the dealer and see if there is someone there that knows about this stuff? I did that with my Droid X--did not want to Sync and I went through every menu and setting I could find. I went back to the dealer and he trotted off and got the resident nerd and I was in business in two minutes.

So, are you synced yet?

I have also had intermitten issues with my Sync (2012 Focus) and my RAZR. Normally everything works great, but then the other day, it would not connect (just out of the blue). Tried all day with no luck. Even deleted the phone from the Sync. What do you know but the next day it was working again (and luckily hasn't stopped). I believe that it boils down to the Sync system being tempermental and only working when it wants to.:)

I've noticed when mine won't connect with my F150 my Bluetooth had been disabled. Sometimes it's the simple things for what it's worth. Sync works great for me.

Well I think both phone and car because my wifes Revolution works great and mine did too and now I have Razr and it wont connect but connects to two headsets I have

Sounds like a Ford issue and not a Razr issue. No problems at all on my Chrysler.

Ok talked to a guy from Ford who sets up sync on Ford cars and is their tech support and found it is a razr problem to some extent. The phone has a timeout period which is less than other phones I paired with the Ford sync so bottom line is Motorola has a short amount of time allowed to put in code or it will fail. My wife and I worked together and took two trys to get it to pair and now it works great. Before I found this out we tried at different times maybe a total of 25 times but now we know you have to be quick when pairing a Razr to the Ford sync

Ford just sent out an update for my wifes edge. Our phones were working most of the time before the update. After the update, no issues at all. Ford was aware of the issues with some of the new smart phones and the new update seems to have fixed the issues.

Mine has been behaving better since the update, too.

Thanks! Had problems pairing my Razr Maxx with my 2010 Focus. All I had to do was enter the code a bit more quickly... works like a charm!

I went into a Ford dealership yesterday because I can't sync my car with my new Droid Razr M and their service dept couldn't sync it either. My older Droid had no problems.

I have the same issue, it might take 3 or 4 tries but I do eventually get it In. Just have to be super quick.
