Everyone has different perspectives and ways of describing things. I'm waiting to see it for myself in the store.
Plus the screen isn't Pen Tile, it's Super AMOLED Advanced. Is that first picture really from the RAZR? It looks too blurry and unfocused. I call BS on all this. Sorry, but it's like you're trashing the phone on purpose and making up stuff.
Last time I checked the screen on the rzar was not pentile or am I wrong... anyone? Also if u sent the pic via text they will be very compressed so this is no real indication of what the pics will look like

Saw one in the store...
It was not activated yet so all I could do is see the bootup by resetting it holding down the power and volume keys and the phone keypad.
The colors were way more vibrant than the Bionic - however as some have said the white was washed out a bit comparatively.
It was VERY thin and light. It was not as comfortable to hold as the bionic because the edges were not rounded out - they were thin. However they handed me a fake unit which was the same size and weight and it was not bad to hold in fact I could flip it over and over in my hand.
The Kevlar on the back did NOT scratch - I tried my fingernails more than once and it was very resistant. The materials all looked top notch.
It's effectively the same size as the Bionic. The size difference is so small - it may seem bigger because it's not as rounded to hold.
I may go back tomorrow and test it when they have it up and running but at least I got to hold it and play with it.
Is it better than the Bionic - yes. Is it better than the Nexus - I don't know
I was surprised to see the Razr on display today. I just wanted to walk in and talk about adding a line. I must say, I was hoping that this phone was going to be a strong contender against the GN. It was not.
To me, the screen door effect is extremely noticeable. Just as bad as the Bionic. I can't even read text on websites. I thought maybe it was a bad demo model, so I tried another one at the Droid Razr station they have set up to promote the phone, but same awful screen. Dreadful. (How people don't notice this is a joke. That, or they are 100% completely biased.)
I like the back of the device. The Kevlar felt really nice and smooth, but could scratch easy. Video was very nice (almost as good as the iPhone 4S I tested), picture quality was terrible.
Nowhere near as responsive as the GS II. ( I also checked out the Skyrocket at AT&T today - amazing phone, but no LTE yet where I live, so no-go.)
I actually laughed at loud while using it in the store. It really was that bad. Nobody else in the store even went near the device, and it was pretty packed in there today. Oh well. I guess this is why Verizon is so scared to release the Nexus anytime soon.

I wish there was a demo unit at my Verizon. I just want to do a key test to see how durable the Kevlar backing is. So many contradicting reports of it scratching/not scratching easily.
