[RAZR] RSD lite doesn't see my XT910

I think I read everything and still cannot find why RSD lite doesn't see my RAZR.

For now I tried 3 different PCs, 10 cables, many more RSD lite installations and nothing.
AP Fastboot says Battery is OK, USB connection too. PC sees Mot Single ADB interface. Fastboot (fastboot devices) sees device when connected.

What I want to do? Flash Resurrection Remix, but tried it on 4.0.4 and got into bootloop, so want to flash 4.1.2 before trying again. However I cannot to do it...
My soft right now is Retail EU and the one I want to flash is Retail GB. Both for XT910.

Any ideas?

I thought about fastboot, but I'm missing few things. I found this:
moto-fastboot flash webtop webtop_signed
moto-fastboot flash cdt.bin cdt.bin_signed
moto-fastboot flash logo.bin logo.bin
moto-fastboot flash ebr ebr_signed
moto-fastboot flash mbr mbr_signed

moto-fastboot flash radio radio.img
But I don't have webtop partition and have additional allow-mbmloader-flashing-mbm.bin, emstorage.img, mbm.bin and mbmloader.bin and I don't know what to do with them... (where to flash tem or just not to flash).
