So today I was texting a guy I work with ( I have At&t and he has T-Mobile) and all of a sudden we both had read and delivered receipts where as before we didnt. Kinda cool. Maybe the carrier interconnectivity of RCS is starting to happen.

Just wondering if anybody else has seen this.

Were you using the Samsung stock messenger or Google messages?

Yes... so you were using the Samsung stock messenger app? That is the big question. (And what app was your friend using?) Really tired of seeing article after article about this coming and there isn't any movement because the carriers are slow to adopt (after the manufacturer's first being slow). Hopefully this is a sign of real movement.

Both using stock Samsung Messages app and both phones are locked to our respective carrier. That's the best part. I never migrated to Google Messages b/c lack of pinned conversations.
