RCS not working

So my RCS quit working in google messages. I have tmo prepaid, well a couple weeks ago i had to cancel my debit card that was paying that and forgot to change the payment method. So I got tmo working again after a couple minutes of getting cutoff because of no payment option.

But since then the RCS is not working and it shows this in the google messages settings under rcs chats. Any ideas? I have restarted the phone to no avail. I don't want to switch messaging apps because with google messages you can do them on your PC also.

Clear Messages cache, turn off RCS and try turning it on again. If that doesn't work, TMobile may have to re-push the carrier settings to your phone (a simple call/message to their Support team should be able to do that quickly).
This did not work. So I messaged TMO help on X, they said they can't push the carrier settings to my phone, but they escalated to engineering and gave me a ticket number. I was just going to wait, but I decided to look at the app settings again. Location was disabled for messages (don't know if this caused a problem) so I enabled it. This time I cleared cache and DATA and restarted phone. RCS is back working and RCS chat settings says connected where is said trying to verify number before.
