RCS on Samsung Messages

Is RCS available on S8+ Bell? Using Samsung messages but there is nothing in the settings to activate it.

Should I be switching to google messages?

I use to have read and delivered notification Samsung to Samsung but that has been lost also.

Any input would be appreciated.

Have you changed carrier? RCS still depends on whether the carrier supports it. (Google Messages beta can be used - if your carrier supports RCS.)

No have always been with Bell. Just weird because Samsung to Samsung was working now nothing it's not even an option.
