Re. J3 Eclipse - Why don't contact names appear on my incoming calls?

I have a new Galaxy J3 Eclipse. On incoming calls the contact name does not appear on the screen. Most calls appear as "Unavailable," even though a contact name and number are in my contacts list. Anyone have a fix for this frustrating issue?! Thanks!
