RE: samsung tab 3 as a car infotainment center
I have a samsung tab 3 which I am installing in a hand made car as a dash infotainment system. I want to keep all of its features including the 4g network access. What I am looking for is how to make the tablet turn on or off via input voltage from the power adapter. Also, I want to connect a bluetooth reverse camera in the car and have the samsung pick it up and show the image full screen.
Next, Id like to use OBD auto doctor to have a full bluetooth enabled interface to the cars computer.
I would also be interested in any infotainment shells I could acquire and check out to install on the tablet to look more like an oem system.
Finally Id like to modify the boot and shut down screens with a custom animated logo for that oem look.
