Real or Fake Galaxy S4?

Hey all , i got an offer to buy a samsung galaxy s4 for like 240 eurs , and in my country , the price doesn't usually go below 300 eurs for used phones.
So anyways , the seller already posted few pictures on the site , and then upon my request , he made more pictures which are a bit foggy , so i am not sure what am i dealing with..
My question is , does this seem fake to you guys? What should i ask him to make a picture of , so i can be sure its not a copy , but an original phone?

This is for the Note 3 but most of the same things should apply
Ask for screenshots of the "About phone" page. The fake ones usually have a slightly different model number and an older version of the OS than their real counterparts

can you post me an example (a picture) of what do you exactly need? Thanks !
Edit , after i tell him to download the benchmark app and run it , he says buddy i do not understand in those apps , send me the picture of what you really need , i have nothing to hide , its an original phone.

+1 for an about phone screen shot.
Bench mark could be helpful too as that will show the processor etc being used to compare with a genuine.

asked him aswell where did he buy the phone , he claims its from a small service thats being hosted by his friend
asked for a picture without battery so i can see the imei code , and asked for a pic of phone with the about phone tab . waiting for it as we write in here ;d

It's kind of hard to make out what the bottom rows say but it looks like a real one to me. Model number and processor match. Resolution is 1080p, unlike a lot of fakes
Can't be 100% sure but we'll what someone else says. So far you have two votes that it's real

I think you need to ask him for a 'real' screenshot from the phone itself.

asked him to send it via the post express service so i can open the package before deciding should i pay for it and hes like , you can either get to my place to look it for yourself (5 hour ride) or send me 50 eurs in advance , and then he would send via the post express lol.
