Really need some help with this!!!-Phone unusable

Followed QBKing77's how to unroot method with relocking the bootloader and what not, now that I have done this my phone is unusable. Touch screen is not responsive and can only reboot to bootloader. Top of boot loader says ***tampered*** ***relocked*** and under that it says ***security warning***. Any help would be appreciated!!!!!!

you have to use an ruu for your phones current version to make that go away

^^ what he said, I was in the same boat somewhat just a few days after buying my evo lol, make sure you pick the right ruu
