If the phone comes with an USB-C adapter, then yeah, it's a fairly common (if not too cheap) item to find, but I'd suggest you go the BT route. It's gonna be better down the road, and whether we like it or not, that's where most devices are going: No audio jack.
I shall resist. Bluetooth for conversations not music.
Wow I guess we really didn't research this phone at all...so there is no headphone jack? Is that what the dongle included is? Is that easy to find and buy another? I just know that's gonna be lost
I picked up a few extra official Moto brand dongle USB-C to aux adapters on Amazon for a couple bucks each. There are other brands available, but the Moto brand adapters are not hard to find if you want some spares.
Problem is the Z2 Force doesn't support neither of those only A2DP and aptX.Bluetooth is fine with either aptx hd or ldac
You are absolutely correct, had info before the Oreo update. Just went to the developer options and enabled aptX HD.What are you talking about I can confirm both work on the Verizon z2 force with Oreo.
