The replacement part includes the entire back plastic frame with camera glass on it. Seems like a screw off and on procedure. I thought I remember it costing $17.

There are no screws to unscrew. It's glass with an adhesive back. You literally rip the glass shards off, clean up the metal around the lens, and put the new lens cover on.

Unfortunately it seems I accidentally scratched my wide angle lens when I was doing the original repair. I ordered a new glass cover as I thought that there was just fuzz covering the lens, but it is indeed a scratch. How easy to replace the actual camera lenses?

Just guessing but might have to replace camera module.
