Rearrange applications

I've tried to rearrange the applications with no luck. I selected edit then tried to drag it and it just says icons can only be arranged in customizable grid.


I finally figured it out. I changed the view type and set it to customizable grid and I can move them where I want now.

Nova launcher. Ditch touchwiz. Play store > nova launcher. Never look back.
