Does the Pixel 5 support receiving APN settings via OMA CP (Open Mobile Alliance Carrier Provisioning)? My carrier (Sky Mobile UK) has a link in the my account section which allows these to be sent. I receive an SMS to say that the settings will follow but get nothing else.
I have tried the same on my son's Motorola G8 Plus and it works. I first get the SMS then a notification that has to be clicked to allow the settings to be applied. I have had a look at the settings on the Pixel 5 but don't see anything obvious that would stop this working.
I can and have manually applied the settings but I want to understand why it isn't working using the automated approach.
