Receive emaila but cant view them

[Android Central Question]

I setup a corporate email on the Samsung S8 Native e-mail app. I receive them, I see the title and who sent but when I open I can't view.or read the body of the email.

I tried everything and nothing works, please help

Contact your work admin to get the correct settings for their mail type (pop, etc.)

It's office365. When I remove the account and add again it works for while. When I say it works I meant I receive the email and I can read them just fine. Then 2 days later I continue to receive the email, I can read the subject and sender but I can view the body of the email

Update: for some reason reboot the phone works. Lets see until when

It's most likely your work mail client settings are not jiving with your phones.
