Received my S7 Edge today (dunno how), unboxing and questions

How is the scrolling in webpages and settings menu? Is it as quick and smooth as the iPhone?

Haven't noticed any stutter or lag in settings or with chrome.

Need to test with a heavy website when I find one

Not sure the 7.17 GB system includes Sammy's bloatware. That may be just the OS. And, of course, it doesn't include the carrier bloat we'll get in the U.S.

It should right? Also Samsung doesn't even provide their own Music player anymore. But yeah there still are these useless apps.

Also something I am wondering. I thought the always on display should show you also your notifications? I haven't seen single on on the always on display

The edge isn't used for notifications. And it seems neither is the AoS. Or maybe it's used only for samsungs own apps

Thats a huge stinky. More and more I am trying to figure out the point of the edge. Or rather the extra cost versus benefit ration. At the store it seemed like it was more a hot menu than anything else. Still love the phone; but my finger is a little further away from the preorder button.

BTW, spent a LOT of time living in the Oscar in Varkaus....

From this AC article, it seems like there's only icons for unread notifications. That sucks. I thought it would be similar to Motorola's AoD. Maybe they'll add it later.
