"Recent apps" screen? (similar to BB's running screen)

Somehow I have accidentally opened a screen twice now from my home screen which displays a quick list of "Recent Apps". It reminds me very much of the screen I used to get when holding down my BB button. I have no idea how I've managed to get this screen to appear, so I don't know how to make it appear. Has anyone else seen this? By the way, I am using GoLauncher, but the screen looks more like a native OS screen than a GL Screen.

On my photon you Hold the Home button down for 2 secs and it comes up, I can't do it by hitting the home button twice.

You're right. I was thinking about all of the homescreen on one screen. Sorry about that.

That's it, thanks!! I should've guessed it works the same way as the BB did :-D

SETTINGS --> APPLICATIONS --> (last option) Double tap home launch --> (pick your desired action)
