recent apps turning on when i touch bottom or left side of my phone

okay listen, whenever i try to type or click something it goes to my recent apps, turns on split screen.. Its very annoying but i think its the thigh that can be turned off.. i dont know how. (i have nokia 6)

Sounds like you have a screen protector and or case which is putting pressure on the bottom left of the phone.
