Recent Issue with Audio/Headphone Jack

Ever since installing the May update a few days ago, I've had issues with the audio on my 6P and the Play Music app. Music keeps cutting in and out, and somehow the Google app and OK Google gets triggered. It even happens while the screen is off, as well as when the phone is in my pocket. I notice phone calls also cut in and out, or get placed on mute, or even hang up all together, if I even move the phone in the slightest. I haven't had any issues with this phone whatsoever, until now. Am I the only one? What's going on? Help is appreciated. Thanks.

Does this happen using any headphones? Have you checked to make sure the jack is completely clear of debris? Use a can of compressed air to blow it out. The May update might have been coincidental.
