Recently I noticed that my Galaxy S8 added a second bar on the edge of the screen. Why?

When I swipe out with this second edge, my phone vibrates and nothing happens. I cannot get it to go away because it comes back in a few seconds after I swipe and it vibrates. I've tried turning off the edge bar panels and while the original one with people edge, smart select, and apps edge are removed, the buzzing bar above this one remains. I'm not sure what else to try and have not been able to find any similar instances on the internet as of yet.

Can you show a screen shot? There's no second edge bar unless you are referring to the Samsung pay one at the bottom of the screen.

The smaller of the two is the one that buzzes.

I was wondering the same thing. And when it finally opens to something, it looks like this

That was in the title of my screen shot, so I uninstalled it and sure enough, that seems to be the culprit
